The newly remodeled Taco Bell Restaurant on Oso Parkway in Rancho Santa Margarita is one of the latest prototype designs for Taco Bell Restaurants. The concept is inspired by “California Sole” which celebrates Southern California’s active outdoor lifestyle and the “Modern Explorer” model moved by the “open kitchen” design. It blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor and is a concept where customers can watch their food being prepared. It follows the notion of farm-to-table, utilizing local and fresh produce and food. The interior and exterior forms, layout, finishes, materials, and colors were chosen to convey these dynamic and inspiring messages.
