Our latest restaurant design project was Taco Bell in Dana Point, CA. The concept is inspired by “California Sole” which celebrates Southern California’s active outdoor lifestyle. It blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor and is a “Modern Explorer” model moved by the “open kitchen” design concept where customers can watch their food being prepared. It follows the notion of farm-to-table, utilizing local and fresh produce and food. The interior and exterior forms, layout, finishes, materials, and colors were chosen to convey these dynamic and inspiring messages.
