Approx. 2,500 square feet tenant improvement of a multi-unit contemporary Southern California Hawaiian-Asian themed restaurant. The design concept reflected the fusion of contemporary Asian design with Southern California’s relaxed beach lifestyle and casual dining experience. The use of simple and colorful finishes and materials were a layer of design expression connecting different parts and the overall theme.
